Security
Bank-grade where it matters.
Kovern is the control layer. The money and the cards run on infrastructure built for exactly that, and the decision about every charge is made before the network gets an answer.
Issued through Stripe
Cards are issued and funds are held through Stripe and its regulated banking partners. Kovern never stores card numbers or bank credentials. Card issuing and money movement are powered by Stripe end to end.
Decided before the charge
Every authorization is checked against your vendor list and the person's budget in real time. There is nothing to reverse afterward because the answer is given inside the authorization itself.
Locked to AI software
Cards only work at software merchants on your approved list. Amazon, fuel, restaurants, and everything else decline automatically, no matter what.
Vendor policies, reviewed
Kovern reads each vendor's public data and retention terms so you know which tools train on your team's inputs before anyone signs up. Your prompts and files never pass through Kovern.
Offboarding that keeps up
A suspended Google Workspace account pauses the card automatically. Reassign or close it, and every subscription that was on it is listed so nothing keeps billing.
Your data, exportable
Full JSON export from Settings at any time. Financial records are kept as required by law; raw webhook payloads are deleted after 90 days. Deletion requests go to hello@kovern.ai.
A subscription on a personal card is invisible until the expense report. Kovern moves the decision to the moment of purchase.
